What it is...is an impatience and a pissiness and or overagression..lately the speed at which people are driving has increased a lot..a lot of it has to do with a laz attitude from law enforcement, plus they only have a certain budget and are able to stop only a certain amount of vehicles.. malicious operation of a motor vehicle & distracted driving have gone thru the roof in the last 5 years. Promised was a Huge Crackdown on Aggressive Driving But That Never Happened and They Would Need to Literally Triple the amount I f officers out on.patrol to be completed effective at this, but due to budget cuts would be nearly impossible to do
