Barreling into the Road

Has anyone else noticed this you can go from cape to western mass on the highway and back and don't see one car stopped for any speeding, distracted driving or anything really...even though people now are routinely doing 85mph ...do you realize how dangerous that makes it.. yet you'll see 10 or 20 state cops doing construction projects along the way and all kinds of equipment ...between the number doing investigations and construction details that leaves very little to protect your basic safety which is aggressive driving and speeding..you can go hundreds of miles, through multiple towns along route 495 or the whole way on route 24 from fall River to Boston and very very rarely do I see anyone stopped ..isn't there something wrong with that??? It's become so dangerous because people are crossing over the double yellow in an aggressive lawless manner ..During the early 1990s they were stopping cars for even the slightest infractions ...even rolling through stop signs....but now & this is a behavior I see more of...they are barreling right out from side streets and their home driveways without even so much as looking into the road ...the police need to start cracking down on that...it's not even a yield or a rolling stop, they are just barreling right into the road
