Distracted

Notice how the police are looking for suspicious activity, for drug suspects, for people that look at out place ...yet their are more people operating maliciously and getting away with it...wanna know why this Is happening?? I'm not a critic nor am I pro law enforcement but keep a neutral stance, but something admittedly has to be done about agressive and distracted driving
