Illegal for marijuana,why not tobacco??

It's illegal to smoke marijuana in public..why not tobacco, the smell of it is incredible here in SE Mass..They've Taken Aim at underage vaping, & the marijuana industry but have done nothing to keep people from tobacco...the price remains $6.00 per Pack
