To pay for the extra opiate treatment centers they need to RAISE THE PRICE of Cigarettes and Tobacco & Use That Money/Skim That Money to Pay for it
I used to smoke so I'm not judging but Enough is Enough...I moved from a Rich town Down to Bristol and Plymouth Counties and Couldnt Believe How High The Rate Was Compared to Where I Grew Up...The Use opiates and nicotene and cigarette has skyrocketed yet there hasn't been any major hike in the price in Tobacco...Here in the Wareham Upper Cape Area has the highest rate of smokers I've ever seen...The State or Federal Government Needs to Raise the Price
